Has my order shipped?

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships!
  • Please remember that all human apparel (t-shirts, hats, mugs, pillows, etc.) is made to order. Once an hour has passed since placing the order, it can’t be changed as it goes into production automatically.

Can I return or exchange my item?

  • We only accept returns on ready-to-ship (RTS) items: harnesses, collars, leashes, poop bag holders, bows, and bandanas.
  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery and only for new, unused items.
  • Exchanges? We process them as returns to make sure we have the correct size in stock.

Why hasn't my tracking info updated?

Sometimes the post office skips scans to keep things moving quickly. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, please reach out and we’ll help!

Also, if your order was marked as “shipped” on a weekend, it just means we printed the label, the package might not be scanned by the carrier until the next business day.

My package says “delivered” but I haven’t received it?

This happens more often than you'd think! Wait one more business day, often it’s scanned early but delivered later.

Still nothing after 5 business days? Contact us and we’ll look into it.

I paid for faster shipping, why is my order taking longer?

Upgraded shipping speeds up delivery after your order is processed. Our processing time is 2-3 business days.

Need it by a certain date? Just email us first we’ll do our best!

How do you print on your apparel?

We use professional grade production techniques depending on the product type to ensure quality and durability.

How do I wash my items?

Wash apparel inside-out with cold water and mild detergent. Hang or flat dry to protect the print.

For dog accessories, we recommend hand washing with cold water and mild soap. Hang to dry.

Can I return items bought with a discount?

Items bought on sale (20% off or more) or marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please review your order carefully before submitting, once it's placed, we can’t make edits. Orders are processed quickly and enter production immediately.

I received the wrong or damaged item, or something is missing!

Please email us at info@chimpico.com within 24 Hours of receiving your order. Include photos if applicable. We’ll make it right!
